Kilwinning – Golden Gravel Tar & Chip Driveway Overlay

An existing concrete driveway at a private home in Kilwinning, Ayrshire, was overlaid with hot tar and chip and finished with golden gravel. The warm aggregate colour gives the driveway a fresh appearance alongside the house and front garden. The photograph shows the new finish continuing towards the garage and around the landscaped frontage. This project illustrates a surface-dressing overlay on an existing concrete drive; the condition, movement and levels of another concrete surface would need assessment before the same approach could be recommended.
