The existing tarmac access road at Dollerie House in Crieff was failing and had been patched with road planings. Our team prepared the surface and repaired the potholes before machine laying two coats of hot polymer-modified bitumen and stone chippings. The tar-and-chip surface dressing provided a consistent new wearing surface across the access road, as shown in these before and after photographs.

Customers receive the cooling-off period and cancellation information required for their contract. Any request to start early is agreed in writing.

All our work is guaranteed under the written terms for your project. Surfacing comes with our five-year workmanship guarantee, with the cover and aftercare explained before work begins.

Insured, NRSWA & CSCS

We hold full public liability insurance. Our personnel hold relevant New Roads and Street Works (NRSWA) qualifications and CSCS cards for the work they undertake. Insurance and card details are available on request.

Site-specific RAMS

We prepare risk assessments and method statements (RAMS) for the agreed work, with site assessments and supporting safety information appropriate to the job.

The paperwork for your project

We provide the documentation required for our agreed scope, including insurance and qualification records, work methods and relevant assessments. Site, permit and handover requirements are coordinated with the client before work begins.
