UK ROADWORKS GROUP
Your information, handled with care.
This notice explains how UK Roadworks Group Limited handles information submitted through this website.
Who handles your information
UK Roadworks Group Limited, company number 16583465, is responsible for information you provide to request a quotation. Contact info@ukroadworksgroupltd.co.uk with privacy questions.
What we collect and why
The quotation form collects your name, phone number, email, site postcode, area, requested service and project details. We use these to respond, assess the work and prepare or follow up a quotation. This supports steps you request before entering a contract and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
Enquiries are stored in our website system and are accessible through our restricted lead inbox. Hosting and communication providers process information to support these services. Please do not include sensitive personal information in project details.
Security and retention
We use limited technical information to operate the website and deter spam, including a daily hash derived from a request’s network address. We retain enquiry information while it is needed to respond and manage the relevant work, and where necessary for record-keeping obligations or disputes. You may contact us to ask about retention or deletion.
Cookies and measurement
Your cookie choice is saved on this device. Optional Google and Meta measurement is loaded only when configured and you accept optional cookies. It can record page visits, advert attribution and confirmed enquiry events. Telephone and WhatsApp clicks are measured separately from completed enquiries. Form names, phone numbers, email addresses and message contents are not included in browser advertising events.
You can use “Cookie settings” to change your choice at any time. Rejecting optional cookies does not prevent you from calling us or submitting a quotation enquiry.
External services
Facebook, Google and WhatsApp links open services operated by their respective providers. Their own privacy notices apply when you use them. Some service providers may process data outside the UK, under the safeguards applicable to their services.
Your choices and rights
You may ask for access to or correction of your information, or request deletion, restriction or object to processing where applicable. Contact us using the email above. You can also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
