Grangemouth – Factory & Warehouse Tarmac Repair

A failed area at a factory and warehouse in Grangemouth was repaired after rutting from truck traffic. The damaged section was cut out and squared off, all waste was removed, and heavy-duty SMA-style tarmac was laid.

The work carried out

  1. Cut out the damaged section

    The failed area affected by truck tyre rutting was cut out and squared off.

  2. Remove all waste

    The removed surfacing material and waste were cleared from the site.

  3. Lay heavy-duty SMA-style tarmac

    The prepared section was resurfaced with heavy-duty SMA-style tarmac.

Site-specific RAMS

We prepare risk assessments and method statements (RAMS) for the agreed work, with site assessments and supporting safety information appropriate to the job.

The paperwork for your project

We provide the documentation required for our agreed scope, including insurance and qualification records, work methods and relevant assessments. Site, permit and handover requirements are coordinated with the client before work begins.
