Factories, distribution centres and transport yards
Loading bays, gate entrances and HGV turning areas can place different demands on a pavement from ordinary parking. Tell us the vehicle types, loads, turning movements and hours of operation. We assess failed areas and existing construction before specifying preparation and replacement surfacing.
Enquiries can cover a local entrance repair, several damaged loading approaches or a larger yard resurfacing package. Supply drawings, a defect schedule or approximate quantities where available, including any client specification and induction requirements.
Retail parks, superstores and customer car parks
Customer parking, pedestrian routes, delivery access and drainage all need consideration. We welcome enquiries from retail parks, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, gyms, hotels and other leisure premises, from pothole repairs to full-area resurfacing.
Mark the defects and essential access on a simple plan. We can discuss phased working and suitable work windows, with closures and reopening arrangements agreed for the specific site. Continued access is planned, rather than assumed.
Caravan parks, holiday parks and managed residential sites
For caravan and holiday parks, describe the internal roads, reception approach, touring traffic and guest changeover periods. Some suitable access roads may be considered for surface dressing; heavily loaded or turning areas may call for a different specification after assessment.
Housing associations, property factors, schools and care facilities can send a schedule covering shared roads, parking courts, footpaths and service access. Identify the authorised site contact and any pedestrian segregation or safeguarding arrangements that affect the work.
Planing, patching and reinstatement packages
Where the existing asphalt has failed, the scope may include cutting out damaged sections, base repairs or planing before resurfacing. We distinguish local defects from problems that need wider investigation of the construction or drainage.
Reinstatement after utility excavation can be quoted with the other surfacing works. Please supply trench dimensions, the required pavement layers and who is responsible for excavation and backfill, so the interfaces are clear.

Your questions
Do you quote for large commercial surfacing projects?
Yes. Send the site location, drawings or quantities and required programme. We review the scope, site conditions, access and availability before providing a proposal.
Can repairs be phased around deliveries or trading?
Phasing can be discussed at the planning stage. Safe working areas, vehicle and pedestrian routes, closures and reopening arrangements must be agreed for the site.
Can you quote for a caravan park or housing association?
Yes. We welcome enquiries for internal roads, shared access and parking. Tell us who manages the site, which areas need attention and any requirements affecting residents or visitors.
