Schools, nursing homes and public sector estates

We discuss pedestrian routes, drop-off arrangements, resident and visitor access, deliveries and emergency access with the site representative. Programme requirements and site procedures are agreed before work begins.
Pubs, bars, restaurants and visitor destinations
We provide surfacing and repair enquiries for pubs, bars, restaurants, hotels, caravan parks, holiday parks, campsites, golf clubs, sports clubs, village halls and visitor attractions.
Projects can include customer parking, internal roads, delivery access, paths and entrance improvements. Where appropriate, we can assess tar & chip surface dressing and different aggregate colours alongside asphalt options.
A defined surfacing package for your site
We can quote for local repairs, preparation and resurfacing, or a wider agreed surfacing package. The assessment covers the base, levels, drainage, access and required use of each area.
We identify any road planing, patch repairs, reinstatement, machine laying or hand laying in the scope. Traffic management, markings, drainage alterations and other associated work are included only where specified.
Facilities managers, tenders and subcontract work
We welcome direct enquiries from owners and facilities managers, together with council tenders and subcontract packages from principal contractors. Send the site details, drawings, quantities, specification and procurement requirements.
We review the required programme, work phases and handover information before confirming the proposal. Availability and mobilisation are agreed for each mainland or island project.
How we approach the work
- Discuss vehicle use, operating hours and work phases.
- Measure the site and assess drainage and pavement condition.
- Agree planing, repair depths, asphalt layers and reinstatement details as needed.

Your questions
Can the work be phased?
We can discuss phased working during the survey. Feasibility depends on safe access, site layout and the construction required.
Do you accept public sector tender enquiries?
Yes. Send the specification, drawings, quantities, required programme and procurement requirements so we can review the opportunity.
Where do you work?
We welcome commercial and contract enquiries across mainland Scotland and the Scottish islands. Mobilisation and availability are agreed for each project.
Can you repair a small area at an operating business?
Yes. We can assess local potholes, failed patches, ramp surfaces and reinstatement areas as well as full resurfacing. Tell us which customer, staff, delivery and emergency access routes the work will affect.
Can you offer surface dressing for a commercial site?
Yes, where the base and proposed use are suitable. We assess traffic, turning movements, pedestrian use and maintenance arrangements before proposing tar and chip or asphalt. Preparation and aftercare are included in the agreed scope.
What should a facilities manager send for a quotation?
Send your postcode, site plan or photographs, approximate quantities, opening hours, vehicle types, access constraints and target dates. Include any specification, tender documents or required handover records.
